When selecting a new password, it’s wise to think of strong password combination of UPPERcase and lowercase letters, Symbols (#%^@) and numbers. Once you’ve decided on a new password, follow these steps.
- Login to your Hosting CPANEL account
- Click Email Accounts
- Against the email address, click the Manage button
- In the Security section, under New Password, enter a new password
- Scroll down and press Update Email Settings
Once you press Update Email Settings, your password will be changed.
If you use an email account like Mail for Mac or Microsoft Outlook then you will need to update the password if you have saved it.
